Digital Sin Lawsuits

Digital Sin, Inc. is a company filing copyright infringement lawsuits against numerous John Doe Defendants. Most are captioned as Digital Sin, Inc. v. Does, at least initially. The root of the allegations in most of these cases is that the defendants downloaded the Plaintiff’s movie via a torrent protocol.

Digital Sin has pursued its lawsuit(s) in the New York Southern District Court and the Massachusetts District Court. The firm may have suits in other jurisdictions as well.

Digital Sin is a small production company owned by movie studio, New Sensations. Digital Sins has produced titles such as “My Little Panties #2.” The lawsuits typically allege that their films are being shared without their authorization.
