First Time Videos Lawsuits

First Time Videos is a company filing copyright infringement lawsuits against numerous John Doe Defendants. Most are captioned as First Time Videos, LLC. v. Does, at least initially. The root of the allegations in most of these cases is that the defendants downloaded the Plaintiff’s movie via a torrent protocol.

First Time Videos has pursued its lawsuit(s) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Northern District for Illinois. The firm may have suits in other jurisdictions, as well.

First Time Videos is a movie studio that produces titles such as “FTV Brea”, “FTV Madeline”, “FTVX Rachel” and “FTV Victoria W.”. The lawsuits typically allege that their films are being shared without their authorization.
