Bonnie Schiffman has instituted copyright infringement lawsuits against numerous John Doe Defendants mostly captioned as Bonnie Schiffman v. Does, at least initially.The lawsuits typically allege that defendants used the unmistakable replicate image of his work, not only on a billboard, but also as the centerpiece of a live show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, a world tour, and ancillary products.

Bonnie Schiffman has pursued her lawsuit(s) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The firm may have suits in other jurisdictions as well.
